Cancellation Policy

No upfront costs are incurred by appointments covered through insurance. The full balance of individual cash pay appointments must be paid at the time of booking. Counseling packages can be paid in full or in installments; contact us directly for installments. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are entitled to a refund or a credit toward a future session. No-shows will not be refunded or credited.
